The seats that we ship have a finished port area and is pressure tested so that a positive ball/seat seal is achieved. Our Quality Check and control department ensures defect-free finished seats thus reducing installation time to the customers.
Tungsten carbide valve ball and seat can be made by different material grade, however different material grade performance would directly affects the use effect and service life of the sucker rod pumps. It is very important to choose the correct material grade.
