Tungsten Carbide Shaping Mold Introduction:
After bending, deep drawing or other forming parts are formed, if the forming shape and size have not yet reached the product requirements or the fillet radius is too large, tungsten carbide shaping molds can often be used to cause local deformation of the process parts, in order to improve accuracy.
Tungsten Carbide Shaping Die Features:
● High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Tungsten carbide is mainly composed of tungsten carbide, and its bending strength can reach 2200~5100Mpa. It has high hardness at room temperature and remains basically unchanged at 500℃. It still has high hardness at 1000℃, which ensures the long-term precision and service life of the mold.
● High Temperature Resistance: Tungsten carbide molds have good high temperature resistance, can maintain mechanical strength and stability in high temperature environments, and will not lose hardness due to temperature increases.
● Strong Compressive Resistance: Tungsten carbide has high compressive strength and is suitable for shaping processes that withstand high pressure.
